Aim: Diagnosis of echinococcosis is based on clinical symptoms, imaging techniques and particularly the detection specific antibodies in serum specimens patients. The aim this study retrospective evaluation seropositivity from patients who diagnosed as Cystic echinococcosis. Materials Methods: In study, blood samples patients, which were sent to Medical Microbiology Laboratory several clinics Selcuk University Faculty Hospital between 01 January 2015- July 2020, evaluated terms by using indirect hemaglutination test. results with a cut off titer ?160 recommended manufacturer. Results gender ages. Results: (CE) was determined be seropositive 332 (21.6%) 1543 patient samples. Seropositivity found 226 (14,7%) 933 female 106 (6,9%) 610 male mostly seen 21-40 age group.
